We reserve the right to unilaterally revoke the resell license of anyone that breaks any of these terms and will seek damages legally against anyone breaking any of these terms, not to mention we and all the EverGrwoth Community System licenses will think your a jerk as you will have proved it to us all if you can not play fair and follow the same rules as everyone else!
